Everything you need to know about finding stock and sending a request on Trade.
Trade is a B2B platform for wholesale IT equipment. You can review available lots, compare product details and contact our sales team directly through the platform.
How it works
Find a lot that matches your business needs.
Check the lot details and download the Excel file.
Choose Order, submit a price offer or place an auction bid.
A sales manager contacts you to confirm the next steps.
Important: no payment is processed on the Trade website. Orders, offers and bids are requests sent to our sales team. Availability, final commercial terms, invoicing, payment and delivery are confirmed directly with a sales manager.
Getting started
- Who can use Trade?
Trade is designed for business customers looking for wholesale IT equipment. The available stock is presented as lots rather than as a consumer web shop.
- Do I need an account?
You can browse available lots and review their details without signing in. A registered and activated account is required to place an order request, suggest a price or submit an auction bid.
- How do I activate my account?
After registration, use the activation link sent to your email address. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and make sure the address entered during registration is correct.
Lots, products and prices
- What is a lot?
A lot is a wholesale group of products offered together. The lot page shows its total quantity, total value and the main product information available for that stock.
- Is the displayed unit price the price of every item?
Not necessarily. A displayed unit price may be an average for the lot. Individual items can have different prices depending on their model, specification or condition. Use the downloadable Excel file to review the item-level data and prices.
- Where can I see the full contents of a lot?
Open the lot and download its Excel file. It provides the detailed stock lines available for that lot, including item-specific information. If anything needs clarification, use Ask a Question or contact the responsible sales manager.
Ordering and price offers
- What happens when I click Order?
Your request is recorded and sent to the responsible sales contact. This does not complete a purchase or charge you. A sales manager will contact you to confirm availability, commercial terms and the next steps.
- Does an order request reserve the lot automatically?
No automatic reservation or final sale is created on the website. Please wait for confirmation from the sales manager before treating the stock as reserved or purchased.
- How does Suggest Price work?
Enter the price you would like to propose and submit it. The offer is sent to the sales team for review; it is not accepted automatically. A manager will contact you if the offer can be discussed further.
- Can I pay on the website?
No. Trade does not process online payments. Invoicing, payment arrangements and delivery details are handled directly with the sales manager after the request has been reviewed.
Auctions and communication
- How do auction bids work?
Sign in, open the auction lot and enter a valid bid that meets the amount shown on the page. Your bid is recorded and shared with the responsible team. Follow-up and final confirmation take place directly with sales.
- What does Ask a Question do?
It opens your email application with the relevant recipient and lot information prepared for you. Add your question and send the message from your email account.
- What happens after I submit a request?
The responsible sales manager reviews it and contacts you using your account details. They will clarify availability, the final offer, invoice, payment arrangements and delivery.
